How fast do my blinds arrive?
Our estimated job completion time is typically 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order. In some cases, projects are finished even faster.
How does the payment plan work?
Our payment plan is simple and transparent: 50% of the total is paid before the order is placed, and the remaining 50% is due once the job is completed.
Whats the warranty on the blinds?
All of our blinds come with a 3-year warranty covering the product and mechanism. If there’s a manufacturing issue or a defect that damages the blind, we’ll replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover customer damage or water damage.
All motorized systems are backed by a 5-year warranty, also covering defects or mechanical issues. If the motor fails due to anything other than customer or water damage, we’ll replace it at no cost.
How fast can you book the consultation for?
On average, we can schedule your consultation within about 3 days. In some cases, if another customer cancels, we can book you as soon as the same day. During especially busy weeks, it may take up to 4 days — but never longer.
