2. Advertising Tracking and Attribution
We use advertising, analytics, and attribution technologies to understand how people discover Blinds Crafter, evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and improve our marketing.
These technologies may begin collecting technical and advertising attribution information when you visit our website, including before you submit a consultation form or otherwise identify yourself to us.
For example, if you click one of our advertisements, our systems or service providers may record information about that advertising interaction, including the advertising source, campaign information, UTM parameters, click identifiers, IP address, device information, and subsequent website activity.
If you later provide information to us through a form, telephone call, purchase, consultation, or other interaction, we or our service providers may associate the information you provide — such as your name, email address, or phone number — with previous or subsequent website visits and advertising interactions.
This allows us to understand information such as:
- Which advertisement or marketing source initially introduced you to Blinds Crafter;
- Which advertisement or interaction occurred before you submitted a consultation request;
- Which leads resulted in consultations or sales;
- Which advertising campaigns generated purchases;
- The value associated with conversions or purchases; and
- The overall effectiveness of our advertising.
3. HYROS Advertising Attribution
We use HYROS, an advertising tracking, analytics, and attribution service.
HYROS may process information on our behalf relating to visitors, leads, and customers in order to help us understand the customer journey and measure advertising performance.
Information processed through HYROS may include:
- IP address and technical device information;
- Website visits and interactions;
- Referring sources;
- UTM parameters and advertising click information;
- First-touch, last-touch, and other attribution information;
- Contact information provided to us, such as name, email address, or phone number;
- Lead and consultation events;
- Sales and purchase events;
- Transaction or purchase values; and
- Other information used to measure advertising performance and customer attribution.
When a visitor later submits identifying information to us, HYROS and our systems may associate that information with prior website visits or advertising interactions in order to attribute that lead or sale to the appropriate advertising source.
HYROS may use cookies, local storage, pixels, JavaScript tags, and similar technologies as part of providing its services.
We use HYROS for purposes including advertising attribution, conversion measurement, marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and determining which advertising campaigns generate leads and customers.
HYROS processes information subject to its contractual obligations with us and its applicable privacy and data protection terms.
4. Cookies, Pixels, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use:
- Cookies
- Tracking pixels
- Web beacons
- JavaScript tags
- Local storage
- Advertising identifiers
- Server-side tracking
- Application programming interfaces (“APIs”)
- Similar tracking technologies
These technologies may be used to recognize a browser or device, maintain attribution information, understand website activity, associate advertising interactions with later conversions, measure campaign effectiveness, prevent fraud, and improve our services and advertising.
Some tracking may occur before you submit a form or directly identify yourself to us.
If you subsequently provide personal information, information collected through these technologies may be associated with the information you provide as described in this Privacy Policy.
You may be able to control or delete certain cookies or local storage through your browser or device settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality or our ability to accurately measure advertising attribution.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a qualifying privacy preference or opt-out mechanism, we will process such signals as required by applicable law.

We advertise through platforms including Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram, and we may use other advertising platforms from time to time.
We may receive advertising and campaign information from these platforms when someone interacts with our advertisements.
We may also provide advertising platforms with conversion-related information directly or through service providers such as HYROS.

Information processed by an advertising platform may also be subject to that platform’s privacy policies and terms.
7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties for money.
However, privacy laws in certain states define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly.
As a result, certain disclosures of online identifiers, website activity, advertising information, conversion information, or related personal data to advertising or analytics providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when we do not receive money in exchange for the information.
Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such processing, we will provide the rights required by that law.

10. Verbal Consent for Text Communications
When appropriate, customers who communicate with us by telephone or in person may be asked for permission before we send text messages.
For example, we may ask:
